Israel Election: The Poll For The Country’s Soul

Monday 12.10.2026

How to watch

This lecture starts on 12 October at 7:00pm (UK).

Summary

Please note this session will only be available to view live.

Israel’s political system has often been characterised as a mix of democracy and anarchy, with tens of factions competing for seats to be part of a multi-party coalition government the system makes inevitable. But rarely, if ever, have the stakes been higher than in 2026: It is no exaggeration to say that the very soul of the country is at stake in this election.
