Professor David Peimer
Images from the West that Changed the World

Saturday 8.03.2025

How to watch

This lecture starts on 8 March at 5:00pm (UK).

Summary

This lecture will continue our discussion of a world dominated by visual imagery. Our imagination, memories, and conversations live in our minds through images; only occasionally do we recall the actual words. Many argue that history itself is often powerfully communicated through images; perhaps more so than words alone. In this presentation we will explore images from the West that changed our worldview.
